1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

• To request cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Because our products are fashion garments (sarees and apparel), returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept returns only if:

• You received a damaged product

• You received the wrong item

• The product has manufacturing defects

Return Conditions

• Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.

• Products showing signs of wear, perfume, stains, or alterations will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sarees or items customized, altered, or fall-stitched on request

• Sale or discounted items

• Accessories (if mentioned as non-returnable)

3. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or refund may be issued at our discretion.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Share clear photos/videos of:

  • Product received

  • Packaging

  • Shipping label

Our team will review and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

HOUSE OF KK is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or situations beyond our control. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving shipment issues.

7. Color & Product Disclaimer

We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to:

• Screen settings

• Photography lighting

• Fabric texture

Such minor differences are not considered defects.
